Delivery within the UK is charged at a flat rate of £5.00.
Large items or multiple item orders may incur a higher postage cost if a larger box is needed to send your order. Please contact me prior to ordering for a quote.
Large/heavy items/orders may need to be sent by DPD courier. I will contact you if this is likely as it could incurr a higher postage cost. Everything else will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Please ensure that your delivery address is correct so that your parcel is delivered to the right address.
I will aim to dispatch your order within 1-7 working days for ready-made items (this is often sooner than this) but could be longer for custom made orders. Please email me for further information and reference the email Website order Enquiry.

The Environment
To help with the environment I shall, where possible, recycle clean suitable packaging to send your order. In some cases I will need to use new packaging and I will cover this cost.
